Song Lewei carefully inspected the intelligent wheel digging assembly line and intelligent flexible welding line, inquired in detail about the development of the excavator industry, product characteristics and application fields, product exports, core parts autonomy and supply chain security, intelligent technology application, etc., and affirmed XCMG excavator's in-depth promotion of intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading and accelerated the construction of "intelligent manufacturing 4.0" factories.

Real View of No. 3 Intelligent Workshop

Based on XCMG's strategy of climbing Mount Everest and the high-quality development requirements of "three highs and one can", XCMG Excavator No. 3 intelligent workshop project invested 469 million yuan, covering an area of 63 acres, and has built 4 intelligent flexible welding lines such as boom, stick, turntable and bucket and the first intelligent wheel digging assembly line in China, with leading domestic and international first-class process equipment and intelligent level. After reaching production, the key structural parts of medium and large excavation will be added, with a production capacity of 27,000 pieces / year, the assembly capacity of wheeled excavators will be 3,000 sets / year, and the new output value will be 1.7 billion yuan / year, which will promote the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of enterprises to be greatly improved, and strongly support industrial competitiveness and high-quality development.
